All the towns in the CTYFL are independent organizations.  The CTYFL itself is an organization run by all the towns working together.  No one involved with the towns or the CTYFL are paid for their time, we are all volunteers.

If you have a complaint or suggestion please address it first to the coach of the team, after that the head coach for the town, after that you can attend a town board meeting to voice your opinion.  The CTYFL oversees the games and the playing rules as voted on by the towns, but each town governs itself.  Complaints brought to the CTYFL regarding town policies will be forwarded to the proper town.
