INSURANCE PREMIUM PAYMENT(S) ARE
DUE BY THE JULY CTYFL SCHEDULED MEETING.

TOWN I MAY HAVE MISSED INCLUDING THE NEW TOWNS
Attached is a copy of the 2007 Gagliardi insurance application for the
upcoming season. The application format is the same as last year, and the
hard copy is supposed to be mailed directly to every town next week.
CTYFL MUST BE NAMED AS AN
ADDITIONAL INSURED, and your individual town / park & rec
department may also require to be named as an additional insured. You may
want to check with them.
Please keep in mind, each town must share proportionately the insurance
policy(s) cost, including Directors & Officers, purchased for the CTYFL
Executive Board. This premium payment is due by the July CTYFL
scheduled meeting from every town. The cost for each town
should be known by the June scheduled meeting. Also, if any town does not
send their insurance premium directly to Gagliardi prior to the July
meeting, the town(s) must bring the completed application and
payment to the July 2007 CTYFL scheduled meeting. If you do
send it directly to Gagliardi, I recommend you mail it certified receipt
requested so you have confirmation.
